Pryor Cashman has elected Michael Campoli to the firm’s partnership and promoted Elizabeth Warner, Ross Bagley and Kyle Miller to Counsel, effective 1 January 2019.

Michael Campoli is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate and Investment Management Groups, where he advises public and private companies with a focus on middle-market domestic and multinational entities. Michael’s expertise includes securities law compliance, Securities Exchange Act reporting, corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financing, joint ventures, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Elizabeth Warner, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Family Law and Private Client Groups, represents families and individuals in a variety of situations, including prenuptial negotiations and agreements, divorce proceedings, custody matters and settlement negotiations. She has been recognised as a “Rising Star” in family law by Super Lawyers. Elizabeth began her career at Pryor Cashman as a Summer Associate in 2007 and has been with the firm ever since.
Ross Bagley, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups, has represented clients ranging from music publishers and record labels to performers, television and film studios, patent holders and large New York City landlords and tenants. He has extensive experience handling cases involving intellectual property ownership, terminations of copyrights and infringement claims, and has been named a “Rising Star” in IP litigation by Super Lawyers. Ross joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2007 and has been with Pryor Cashman ever since.
Kyle Miller is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Banking + Finance and Corporate groups. With experience in a wide variety of financing transactions, he represents borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, helping them navigate the complex web of legal, commercial and regulatory issues.
