Morris’ 30-year HR career started at Zurich Financial Services where she spent 10 years, and she has subsequently worked for firms including Auxillus, MixRadio and Apetito.
Mark Duckworth, CEO, Openwork, says: “We are delighted that Carrie has joined our team as Chief People Officer. Her experience in supporting businesses and increasing employee engagement during times of growth will be invaluable to us as we continue to hone Openwork into an organisation that engenders happiness, purpose and pride in its people.”
Morris says: “I’m thrilled to be joining Openwork at such an exciting time for the business. I’m passionate about supporting our people and driving high performing teams through improving leadership capability and engagement across the business. I look forward to bringing these skills to Openwork.”
