The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors, a Northern California-based wealth management firm, has merged with Ora Citron, a private wealth management firm, based in Walnut Creek, California.

Effective immediately, Ora Citron will begin operating with The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors. They will continue to serve their clients using both offices, located in Walnut Creek and San Ramon, California.

“We felt strongly that there was a powerful connection between our two businesses,” says Marilyn Suey, founder and CEO of the Diamond Group Wealth Advisors. “We have known each other for several years and admire how similar our values and the processes that we both use to serve our clients.”

“Joining forces with Marilyn and her team is a natural fit for my business and allows me to focus on delivering a superior client experience for my passion serving women in transition,” says Ora Citron, founder, and CEO of Ora Citron Wealth Management. “We have found with the ‘power of two’ we can make an even bigger impact on our clients, their families, businesses and the causes they care about deeply.”

Serving businesses, families, and individuals in the greater Bay Area, both wealth management firms provide caring, knowledgeable financial solutions and customised advice for their clients to pursue their life goals and aspirations on the road to financial independence.

Both firms have a passion to serve women as well. Marilyn Suey is the founder of the Savvy Women Community where she hosts events to provide education, information and support women to build a brighter future for themselves, their families and the causes they care about deeply. Ora Citron has been a champion in the financial life planning for “Women in Transition” for ten years. They both are at the forefront of building financial life planning programs that serve the needs of women, whether married, single or in a life transition.

“We are so pleased that we were able to support the merger of these two outstanding financial planning and advisory firms,” says Daxs Stadjuhar, Managing Partner, The Financial Services Network. “Ora and Marilyn working together are right in line with the continued trend of advisors wanting their clients to benefit from more robust and responsive teams. Our Network is proud to support their new business together in the growing hybrid RIA community.”

“AssetMark is very excited to see two advisory firms with strong business relationships with us join forces to build an even brighter future for their clients,” says Michael Kim, AssetMark, Inc.’s EVP and Chief Client Officer. “We invest in ensuring that advisors receive the best practice management, investment solutions, and technology support so they can continuously deliver outstanding service to their clients. We look forward to supporting The Diamond Group Wealth Advisors as it grows.”
