Aon, a global professional services firm providing a range of risk, retirement and health solutions, has announced two new senior hires to its Reward Solutions team.
Charlotte Park joins as a partner and Data Service Leader Europe, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Park, who has over 20 years’ experience in the field of reward and data solutions, was previously advisor to a start-up in employee benefits software. Prior to this, Park spent three and a half years as a partner at Mercer, where she was CEO of its Singapore operation, having previously spent thirteen years with the Hay Group, as a management consultant and managing director, Asia of its Reward Information Services business.
Park has a BCom in Commercial Law & Marketing from the University of Auckland, and an Executive MBA from the University of Sydney.
Morland joins Aon as an associate partner, advising on executive remuneration to remuneration committees and management teams, and draws on over 20 years’ experience of consulting and in-house HR. Prior to joining Aon, Morland worked both in senior in-house reward roles and more recently as managing director of Group Reward at Barclays. Before this, she had consulting roles at both PwC and Mercer.
Morland graduated from Oxford University and is a qualified chartered accountant. She co-leads the City HR Association Reward group.
