Australian ETF manager BetaShares’ Australia 200 ETF (ASX: A200) has been awarded a ‘Recommended’ rating from Zenith.
A200 is provides access to the largest 200 stocks by market capitalisation listed on the ASX.
According to Zenith’s report, “the fund represents an attractive way to effectively access the Australian large cap equity market at minimal cost”.
With a management fee of only 0.07 per cent pa, the BetaShares A200 is currently half the cost of the next lowest-fee ETF trading on the ASX which provides access to Australian shares.
Since its launch approximately 10 months ago the A200 ETF has amassed over $400 million in assets under management.
BetaShares Chief Executive Officer, Alex Vynokur, says: “A200 significantly reduces the cost of ownership of a diversified portfolio of Australian shares, making it an attractive solution for both institutional and retail investors.
“We’re pleased that Zenith has recognised A200 with this positive rating and validated its place as a low cost, core holding for Australian Equities.”
A200 was also awarded a ‘RecommendedIndex’ rating by Lonsec in July 2018.
