Quantum Advisory, an independent financial services consultancy, has promoted Aled Edwards, Amanda Burdge and Chris Heirene to Partner. The promotions will take effect from 1 May 2019 taking total Partner numbers to 12.

Edwards joined Quantum in 2011 and has over 17 years’ pensions experience. As Principal Consultant and Actuary he manages the actuarial team within Quantum’s Cardiff office as well as having responsibility for overseeing the provision of technical training for all staff.
Burdge joined Quantum in 2001. As Principal Investment Consultant she heads up Quantum’s investment consultancy offering and is responsible for providing investment advice and expertise to many of Quantum’s key clients covering defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.
Heirene joined Quantum on 2011 having worked with the firm for five years as an external consultant. As IT Manager he is responsible for Quantum’s IT systems across all of its offices, including the network and core server infrastructure which supports the business, and is heavily involved in utilising IT solutions to improve and build upon the processes and service offerings.
