DCM Advisors (DCM), an SEC registered investment adviser, has appointed Andrew Bockstein (pictured) as Senior Vice President, Head of Distribution & Product Development.
Prior to joining DCM, Bockstein (pictured) served for 13 years as a Vice President-Senior Advisor Consultant for Franklin Templeton Distributors where he was responsible for distribution and promotion of global and domestic equity and fixed income products in Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Previously, Bockstein was, among other roles, a Senior Vice President at ING Funds (VOYA) and a Financial Representative for The New England Mutual Life Insurance Company.
In his role, Bockstein will be responsible for distribution of DCM’s current global and domestic separately managed account (“SMA”) strategies and mutual fund offering. The SMA strategies include Global ESG, International, EAFE Plus and U.S. Municipal Bond. As of March 2019, DCM also is the investment advisor to the Centaur Total Return Fund (TILDX). Additionally, Bockstein will work with DCM executive management to identify and assess opportunities for other product offerings to add to DCM’s growing product line.

In addition to his role at DCM, Bockstein will serve as Director of Retail Distribution and Product Development for the Lisanti Small Cap Growth Fund (ASCGX), managed by Lisanti Capital Growth,, an affiliated woman owned and managed investment boutique, specialising in Small and SMID Cap Growth Stocks for institutional investors and financial professionals.
