Jordan’s Group completes Vistra rebranding

Jordans Group, a provider of company formations, business information, legal and corporate services based in the UK, has completed its rebranded as Vistra.

“We are delighted that Jordans Group is now officially part of the Vistra family. This strengthens Vistra’s brand presence in the UK and expands our service offerings in Europe to include business information services as well as giving us one of the strongest footprints in the UK for company formations and corporate services,” says Justin Damer, Divisional Managing Director of Corporate and Private Clients at Vistra, commenting on the rebranding completion.
 
“With the inclusion of legal services through Vistra Corporate Law, we also now have a platform to grow our legal advisory offering. We look forward to leveraging our local expertise and Vistra’s global presence in 46 jurisdictions to create further opportunities in the region and beyond for our clients and employees.”

Established for more than 150 years, Jordans Group comprised of four companies – Jordans Limited, Jordans (Scotland) Limited, Jordans Corporate Law Limited and Jordans Trust Company. It brings to Vistra a unique team of lawyers, accountants, trust managers, data specialists and company formation agents.
