Blue Sky Asset Management to close ETFs

Blue Sky Asset Management is to close the QuantX Risk Managed Growth ETF (QXGG), the QuantX Multi-Asset Total Return ETF (QXTR) and the QuantX Dynamic Beta US Equity ETF (XUSA) following a review of market demand. 

The Northern Lights Fund Trust IV Board of Trustees approved the closing and subsequent liquidation of QXGG, QXTR and XUSA. 

Each fund’s last day of trading will be 16 May, 2019, which will also be the final day for creations or redemptions by authorised participants. Each fund will cease operations, withdraw its assets, and distribute the remaining proceeds to shareholders on 24 May, 2019
