Broadstone Group, a UK-based employee benefits and pensions consultants’ businesses, has appointed Natasha Glasgow as Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Broadstone, which acquired CS Financial Solutions (CSFS) in February is targeting further organic and acquisitive growth in 2019. The appointment of Natasha as CCO is a compelling demonstration of the company’s commitment to expanding its c-suite of executives to fulfil the ambitious aspirations of the company.

With over 20 years’ experience in the financial sector, most recently as Commercial Director for insurance at MoneySupermarket.com, Natasha will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing and revenue growth of the group; both Broadstone and 20-20 Trustees. Natasha will also drive activity to raise awareness of the Broadstone brand and profile of the group and will work to expand the company’s use of best of breed digital solutions.

Glasgow says: “When you look at Broadstone you see a company that strives for excellence in every area of its business. Backed by a robust but supportive PE investment fund, the company is ready to take its next step towards being the partner of choice for any organisation in the pension, independent trustee and employee benefits space. There is a great opportunity for Broadstone to set the agenda across a number of sectors by demonstrating clear industry leadership.

“The strategic development of Broadstone depends on the organisation continuing to evolve the way it does business with its partners and clients. Our proposition must be constantly challenged and improved to keep it flexible and competitive. I am excited to be part of that team that will deliver that strategy,” concluded Glasgow.

Broadstone Group CEO, Grant Stobart, says: “To drive success for Broadstone Group we have got to hire the best people and that is exactly what Natasha represents. With deep expertise in strategic management and digital businesses in the financial sector, Natasha is already giving us fresh insights, new perspectives and helping us to challenge, change and grow Broadstone.”
