Luxon Financial closes acquisition of Tradition Capital Management

Luxon Financial, an independent financial services firm and the parent of wealth manager Cary Street Partners, has closed on the acquisition of Tradition Capital Management, a New Jersey-based registered investment advisor.

Originally founded in 2002, Luxon operates across fifteen offices, with clients located in 48 states.

Luxon says the combination of the two firms deepens the range of comprehensive wealth management client solutions, given their complementary capabilities. Luxon across all of its subsidiaries will help clients manage approximately USD3.5 billion in assets for individuals, families and institutions.
