The business will provide a complete suite of services throughout the investment cycle, from full acquisition through to hold and disposal, as well as specific Real Estate consultancy activities.
Sandaire has masde two senior appointments to spearhead the Real Estate business with immediate effect. Chris Horler has joined the business as Managing Director whilst Robert Stokely has been appointed to the position of Director.

He specialised in investment valuation and finance and went on to establish pan European real estate businesses for RBS and HBOS across Europe. Horler was head of Europe for REIT Asset Management and latterly Director of Property at Arbuthnot Latham, Private Bank, where he set up their commercial property finance business in 2016.
Stokely is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has more than 25 years’ commercial property experience. Prior to joining Sandaire, Stokely was a Founder and Director of LSH Investment Management. “Chris and Robert will be working with clients to understand their requirements and create a bespoke plan to reflect their individual needs.
“The sectors that the team will be focusing on are commercial, residential, development and rural real estate within the UK, expanding in the short to medium term within Europe and other capital and regional cities.”
Chris Horler, Managing Director of Sandaire Real Estate, says: “Robert and I are delighted to join Sandaire, at this time of expansion. Sandaire has ambitious growth plans for the next five years and Sandaire Real Estate will play a vital role in ensuring that we are responding to clients’ ever-evolving demands.”
Warwick Newbury, Chairman of Sandaire, says: “Chris and Robert are Chartered Surveyors both of whom have had different but complimentary career paths. We welcome them to the Sandaire family.”
