Russell Ulyatt chooses Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office

Nottingham based Russell Ulyatt Group, a 64-strong team of experienced advisers, paraplanners and customer support specialists has chosen Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office.

Following an in-depth review of the market, Russell Ulyatt found Intelliflo’s system ticked all the boxes, particularly with its Personal Financial Portal (PFP) capability, allowing their clients to have 24/7 access to their personal financial products and plans.

Helen Lindo, a Chartered Financial Planner and Director at Russell Ulyatt, says: “The added-value that PFP provides to our services is first class. It means we can offer our clients access to their financial status in a digital format that they are coming to expect. However, for us it’s not just about the operating system and all its bells and whistles, it’s also vital to have an excellent working relationship.

“A system such as Intelligent Office helps to power our business, so the team behind the technology are more than just service providers, they are business partners. We have been extremely impressed with the Intelliflo team’s knowledge of our business and their understanding of how we want to use their technology to help us expand our client base without the need to expand our staffing levels.”

Wenda Field, Intelliflo’s Sales Director, says: “We are delighted that the team at Russell Ulyatt has chosen Intelligent Office as the firm’s management system. Having listened to what they need to help them keep driving their business forward, I am confident they have made the right decision and we look forward to working with them to ensure they get all the benefits offered by the system.”
