Last week’s edition of the Wealth Adviser newsletter was published just in time to catch the news of JHC’s purchase by FNZ. This week’s interview with Stuart Dyer of financial services M&A and advisory business Soprano, sees him predicting ever more consolidation in the wealth and IFA business.

This will come in the companies that service the industry, as well as within the industry itself he says, partly fuelled by the new attentions of the private equity sector.
