Alpha FMC adds three senior hires to wealth management practice

Alpha FMC, a global investment management consultancy, has further strengthened its growing Wealth Management Practice with three senior hires.

Toby Henry joins Alpha as Principal from Capco, where he led the firm’s Digital Wealth and Strategy practices. Henry has over ten years of industry and consulting experience, delivering large scale change programmes for wealth managers, asset managers and global private banks across the UK, Europe, Canada and New York. He has particular experience in emerging technology, digital transformation and fintech.
 
Bradley Northrop and Patrick Dennien join Alpha’s wealth management team as Senior Managers from EY.
 
Northrop has over 10 years’ experience managing technology, business change and transformation programmes, helping clients to define, manage and deliver complex projects. In recent years Northrop has led a number of strategic initiatives across wealth management and financial planning helping organisations adapt to the changing industry landscape.
 
Dennien has nine years of experience delivering regulatory and technological change for the wealth and asset management industry, including MiFID II and Solvency II implementation programmes and a range of business change initiatives at private banks. Dennien is a qualified PRINCE 2 practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
