Lombard International Assurance, a specialist in insurance-based wealth structuring solutions for the high net worth individuals, families and institutions, has appointed Stephanie Wells as Director of Partner & Client Services.
Wells’ role will focus on leading the team that includes client service specialists with the expertise and local knowledge to engage with clients and partners in their native tongue, with an understanding of regional cultures, needs and requirements. This is a core part of Lombard International Assurance’s ambitions of delivering an outstanding partner and client experience. Her appointment will enable the team to further enhance their ability to provide service excellence across Lombard International’s markets in Europe.
Wells has worked for Lombard International Assurance for over 25 years. She started her career in the Client Services team, rising to lead that team, before moving into sales and business development where she successfully managed the growing relationship with one of Lombard International Assurance’s key strategic distribution partners. As a senior executive with many years of experience at Lombard International Assurance, Wells has an in-depth understanding of the expectations of clients and business partners. This wealth of knowledge will play a key role in Lombard International Assurance’s ethos of delivering operational excellence throughout its Partner & Client Services team and throughout the company.
