Henderson Rowe expands Tier 1 Investor Visa network in partnership with Elivisa

Henderson Rowe, an investment management firm specialising in investment solutions for small institutions and high-net-worth individuals, has partnered with Elivisa Consulting (Elivisa), a global immigration services company, to provide dedicated investment services to qualified investors participating in the UK Tier 1 Investor Visa programme (Tier 1 Visa).

As a result of the partnership, Henderson Rowe has become the preferred provider of such services for Elivisa’s clients.
Henderson Rowe’s decade-long experience in working with Tier 1 Visa investors is built on providing quality investment solutions that comply with both the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Home Office requirements. Elivisa’s services cater primarily to the China market; by working with Elivisa, Henderson Rowe looks to capitalise on growth opportunities underlined by the recent surge in Tier 1 Visa applications from China, which doubled in the first half of this year from the same period last year, according to data compiled by Elivisa.
“This partnership with Elivisa reinforces the quality of our services to Tier 1 Visa investors, as well as our unwavering commitment to the underlying purpose of the Tier 1 Visa programme,” says Artur Baluszynski, Director and Head of Research at Henderson Rowe. “Our success is built upon providing a bespoke and personalised service for all clients. We are delighted to expand our network with the Elivisa partnership and look forward to working with their Tier 1 Visa qualified clients to offer institutional-quality solutions that blend advanced quantitative core portfolios with high-conviction fundamental stock selections.”
“The UK has long been a top destination for global investors seeking a vibrant financial market with a favourable tax regime, as well as access to high standards of living and schooling. Henderson Rowe’s approachable style combined with its rigorous investment approach makes it an ideal partner for qualifying clients seeking resident status in the UK,” says Joanne Wang, head of Elivisa.
The UK Tier 1 Investor Visa grants non-EU nationals the right to reside in the UK by way of investment in the UK. Based on quantum of investment, the programme offers three different paths, starting with a minimum investment of GBP2 million, to achieve ‘indefinite leave to remain’ status after five years  and ultimately a UK passport after an additional year. In the first half of this year, total Tier 1 Visa applications grew by 36 per cent year-on-year, with applications from China accounting for more than 40 per cent overall, according to Elivisa.
