Maurice Turnor Gardner appoints BCLP partner

Maurice Turnor Gardner (MTG), a boutique private wealth law firm, has appointed Paul Whitehead as a partner, effective early 2020. Whitehead joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner where he is currently a partner in the Tax & Private Client practice.

Whitehead specialises in private client matters and international wealth structuring, UK personal taxation, Wills and estate planning, with an emphasis on complex tax and trust issues, residence and domicile and the international private client.
  
Whitehead is Chair of STEP City of London Committee and a member of the IBA. He has written a number of articles and spoken at various seminars in London, the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Baltic States, Luxembourg, Israel and the US on different aspects of tax and international estate planning.
