Harneys Fiduciary has appointed Arjan Schaapman as a non-executive director. Arja Schaapman will also be joining the Harneys Group Audit Committee.
In his role as a non-executive director, Schaapman will support the Board’s executive members and provide appropriate oversight and scrutiny of performance and development. He has a wealth of experience within the corporate services industry and has rolled out best management practices across several global locations. He has a strong track record in change management and improving operational performance. Prior to joining Harneys, Arjan served as a member of the executive team at Vistra Group as Chief Operating Officer, Group Managing Director of the global trust & corporate services division and most recently held the position of Chief Strategy Officer.
