PCMA unveils residential investor product for mass affluent and HNW clients

PCMA, a specialist in Non-Bank Private Client Lending, has launched ZENITH, a residential investor program for the mass affluent and high net worth markets in the purchase or refinance of residential investments units.“The success of our OMEGA program for primary residential assets has far exceeded our internal expectations and highlighted the need for more credit products to be created for the Private Client community,” says John R. Lynch. “We understand the needs of complex and sophisticated estates. ZENITH was developed to serve the liquidity needs for Private Clients in the acquisition and management of residential investment assets as part of our clients’ financial portfolios.”

• 80 per cent Purchase I 80 per cent Cash Out
• Fixed Rates That Compete with Money Center Banks
• Interest Only for Reduced Debt Service and Increased Cash Flow
• Private Party, LLC Ownership, Professional Investors
• No Limit on Financed Properties
• Non-Warrantable Condos
• Title can be held in a qualifying trust or other entity
