Bernstein Private Wealth Management (Bernstein), a unit of AllianceBernstein (AB), has appointed Kristen Dalton as a Managing Director, joining the leadership team in its New York City office.In the role, Dalton will work closely with her team to help high-net-worth individuals, business owners, families, and charitable groups align investment and wealth planning decisions with their long-term goals. She will also continue to leverage her family engagement expertise in areas such as socially responsible investing, divorce and next-gen education.

Prior to joining the firm earlier this year, Dalton served as VP and Head of Family Law Advisory at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where she worked closely with families going through divorce. Previously, she was at Gordon Brothers Group, based in Boston, MA. Dalton holds a BS in business administration from Villanova University and an MBA in finance from Boston College. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst.
