BlackRock launches new iShares government bonds ETF on Xetra


BlacRock has launched a new ETF focussed on government bonds on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.With the iShares JP Morgan USD EM Bond UCITS ETF USD (Acc), investors can invest in US dollar-denominated government and quasi-government bonds from emerging markets. Both investment grade bonds and high yield bonds are included. The bonds have a fixed interest rate and have a remaining term to maturity of at least two years with a minimum amount outstanding of USD 1 billion.

Any coupon payments are reinvested. The annual cost is 0.45 per cent.
