Australian real estate fund manager EG has launched a Private Wealth division which will supply commercial property syndication opportunities for individual sophisticated investors and family offices. EG brings a proven track record to the initiative with two-decades experience in institutional mandates.

A range of opportunities are now available for investors to take advantage of strategies that provide stable and sustainable income returns with capital growth potential. In EG’s latest offering, investors can expect to benefit from high income returns supported by a long term (minimum 15-year) lease, and expect to receive an average distribution of 8.5 per cent pa based on a seven-year hold strategy. The division will be headed up by EG’s Rodney Walt, Divisional Director, Ventures at EG.

“We are pleased to officially offer this new service to sophisticated investors interested in commercial real estate, providing them with the opportunity for future growth in the current economy,” says Walt.

EG will utilise proprietary risk management software, PRISMS to identify the opportunities, consider the risk and match the deal to the investor profile. EG’s disciplined, data-driven approach to risk management has enables the safeguarding of investor funds whilst maximising returns.
