IWP acquires Beyond Financial

Independent Wealth Planners UK (IWP UK) has acquired financial planning firm Beyond Financial, growing its presence in the West Midlands.Beyond Financial was established in 2007 and the team has over 100 years’ combined experience in the industry. The business will join IWP’s regional hub, Alexander Grace. Tony O’Driscoll will remain as Director of the firm, continuing to lead the Beyond Financial team of experienced paraplanners and administrators.

 
Beyond Financial is based in Solihull and has AUA of GBP58 million.
 
Tony O’Driscoll, Director of Beyond Financial, says: “Our business is built on helping people achieve and maintain their desired lifestyle, so clients are always at the centre of everything we do. This is why Alexander Grace was such a good fit for us. IWP provides market-leading operational and support services, including compliance, IT, investment research, marketing, recruitment and training, allowing IFAs to spend more time with their clients. IWP acquires local firms but leaves the day to day management in the hands of local teams, who may also retain a participation in the ownership of the business.
