BNP Paribas Easy launches new ETF focused on sustainable ‘Blue Economy” companies on Xetra

BNP Paribas Easy has launched a new ETF providing investors with access to companies of the ‘Blue Economy’ worldwide on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.The BNP Paribas Easy ECPI Global ESG Blue Economy UCITS ETF – Acc gives investors the opportunity to invest worldwide in sustainable industrial companies. Blue Economy focuses on the recycling of waste and the use of renewable resources to optimise energy, water and raw material consumption and increase productivity. This includes companies that are committed to protecting the world’s oceans.

 
In addition, the classic ESG criteria and compliance with the guidelines of the UN Global Compact apply. This means that companies with significant business activities in tobacco, steam coal, oil and gas production and genetically modified organisms are not considered.
