Bartholomew Hawkins appoints CEO


IWP’s Welsh regional hub, Bartholomew Hawkins Asset Management has been renamed as Maven Wealth Management Limited with Wes Nixon appointed as its chief executive officer (CEO).

The name change reflects the broad range of services offered by Maven Wealth Management and represents the holistic financial advice offered and the tailored service Maven clients experience. Under Nixon, Maven will continue to focus on their ongoing investment in technology, staffing and integration into the infrastructure of the IWP group. Complementing the personal advice and relationships which remain the core of the business.

Maven’s dedicated team of support staff and highly qualified advisers will continue to serve their clients with knowledge and expertise from their Cardiff offices. Maven will remain independently authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Nixon says. “I am fortunate to have inherited a great team in Cardiff, as part of the investment and ongoing support from IWP we are pleased to announce our name change. Maven, meaning trusted expert, exemplifies our approach and the positive impact that our refreshed brand will have on our business. The team at Maven Wealth Management and myself will continue to offer the same high-quality service that our clients have come to expect.”
