She brings more than 35 years of capital raising, fund formation and strategy, investor relations, and marketing and communications experience to the firm.
Jack Lew, Managing Partner at Lindsay Goldberg, says: “Cathleen is a seasoned professional with substantial experience leading capital development initiatives and a long track record of serving as a trusted partner to institutional investors worldwide. The addition of Cathleen to our team demonstrates Lindsay Goldberg’s focus on delivering excellence to our investor partners.”
Ellsworth says: “Lindsay Goldberg is known for its collaborative partnerships with families, founders and management teams, and has firmly established itself as a trusted steward in the institutional investment community by building businesses the right way and delivering excellent returns. I am excited to serve as a resource to the firm’s partners on their investment programs.”
Lindsay Goldberg also announced that John Holland joined the firm’s investment team as a Partner earlier this year. Holland primarily focuses on investments in Lindsay Goldberg’s business services vertical. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus. During his 11-year tenure at Warburg Pincus, he was responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management and served as a board member of multiple companies.
