As part of a drive to provide the best service for their IFA partners, Bickerstaffe is the second hire in a planned series of new recruitment. Bickerstaffe joins from Puma Investments where he has worked since 2016 as a senior business development manager. Prior to this, he worked at The Ingenious Group as an Investment Manager and Ludlow Wealth Management as a senior consultant.

At Tilney Smith & Williamson, Bickerstaffe will be responsible for developing the Group’s strategy with external IFAs in the North West. The Group intends to further expand the team to have representatives of Rob’s calibre in all regions of the UK

Craig Wright, Head of Business Development, says: “This is a hugely exciting time for the business with new services and new people. It feels like a new beginning as Tilney and S&W IFA teams come together to help navigate the challenges of the industry during Covid.”
