Stellar Asset Management launches Loyalty Club for investors

Stellar Asset Management, an inheritance tax mitigation and estate planning specialist, has launched Stellar Club, a new loyalty club exclusively for its investors.

Stellar has launched the Club to give investors an opportunity to see how their capital is deployed firsthand and enjoy the benefits they afford. This initiative also aims to support financial advisers in building closer relationships with their clients.
The new Club provides a range of benefits including preferential rates on the hotels and golf courses owned by Stellar’s investors and managed by Stellar. This includes the four-star Murrayshall Country House Hotel and Golf Club in Perthshire and Paultons Golf Centre, Hampshire with its Championship course and Toptracer Range. Club members can also enjoy preferential rates with Stellar’s hotel management partner, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, across the UK and Europe.

Other Club benefits include early access to off plan-sales for Stellar’s residential property developments, including ‘The Oaks’ in Essex and ‘The Barker Buildings’ in Northamptonshire. Stellar has entered into a joint venture with Homegrown Property Development to convert the former Barker Shoe factory in Northampton into 68 residential apartments branded as ‘The Barker Buildings’ which range from studio to two-bedroom apartments.

In addition to showcasing the assets managed by Stellar, the Club also offers its members special rates with a selection of partner services, including concierge, digital solutions and lifestyle services.

Matthew Steiner, Corporate Director at Stellar, says: “I am delighted to announce that we have recently launched our new Stellar Club for our investors. This is our way of saying a further thank you to all our investors for choosing Stellar.

“The fantastic array of Club benefits includes preferential rates on the prestigious hotels and golf courses owned by our investors and managed by Stellar. Other complementary Club benefits include offering early off-plan access to our residential property developments and special rates with some of our partner services, including concierge and lifestyle services.

“We continue to look for innovative ways to support financial advisers and our intention is that the Stellar Club will help advisers to build closer relationships with their clients. Other recent developments include our Partner Services offering for advisers. These services augment the investment, estate planning and inheritance tax planning services we offer directly by providing a gateway to all the critical services advisers need to create great estate planning for their clients.”
