Boodle Hatfield, a private wealth law firm, has promoted Clare Pooley to Senior Associate in the firm’s growing private client and tax practice, with effect from May 1 2021.
Pooley joined the firm from Stonehage Fleming, the international family office, in 2018 and has advised high net worth individuals and families on international tax matters during her time at Boodle Hatfield.
Pooley’s expertise includes advising international clients on personal taxation and tax planning, such as the foreign ownership of UK residential property. Clare also advises on the administration and restructuring of domestic and offshore trusts with clients from the Middle East. She is a graduate of the University of Sheffield.
