Bank J Safra Sarasin has appointed two senior private bankers, Asaf Raveh and Yael Rabinowitz, to further strengthen and develop the Group’s wealth management activities for Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
They will co-head a new team comprising senior client advisers based in Geneva and Tel Aviv.
Asaf Raveh is a wealth veteran with over 20 years of experience covering both UHNWI and institutional clients. After having completed his expertise in fixed income, currencies and commodities he transitioned to wealth management. Prior to joining Bank J Safra Sarasin, Raveh worked for 12 years at Deutsche Bank in various roles, his last role being Co-Head Wealth Management Emerging Europe. Asaf holds a BA (Hons) in International Finance & Trade from the University of Portsmouth.
Yael Rabinowitz has a combined experience of wealth management and investment banking gathered over the past 18 years. Throughout her career, Rabinowitz has covered institutional clients and UHNWI. Prior to joining Bank J Safra Sarasin, Rabinowitz worked for 10 years at Deutsche Bank in various roles, led the European cross-border team, and most recently served as Head of the Israeli market. Rabinowitz holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting and a BA (magna cum laude) in Economics & Management, both from Tel Aviv University. She is fluent in English, French, Hebrew, Romanian and Spanish.
