The new product provides RIA firms with the capability to efficiently execute firm archiving duties all within the MyRIACompliance platform. The Communications Archiving and Review solution includes features that will simplify the necessary tasks to collect, organise, retrieve, and review communications data.
RIA in a Box’s new solution helps to automate the archiving process for website content, social media, and email communication. Rather than another point solution, RIA firms using the MyRIACompliance platform will benefit from the Communications Archiving and Review solution being built within the platform to ensure connectivity with firms’ existing compliance calendars and logs.
With this new software, the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) or other designated supervisor is empowered with timesaving features such as customisable keyword flagging for emails and user-friendly filter capabilities to efficiently complete content review activities. By simplifying all functions of the communications archiving and review process within a single platform, RIA firms can more confidently prepare for regulatory examinations with organized and easily retrievable data.
