iShares lists new sustainability-focused ETFs on Xetra

RELATED TOPICS

iShares has listed a sustainability-focused ETF on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The iShares MSCI USA ESG Enhanced UCITS ETF EUR Hedged (Acc) tracks the performance of medium-sized and large companies from the USA. Standardised ESG exclusion filters are applied in the selection of companies. In addition, greenhouse gas emissions and potential fossil fuel emission risks are to be reduced by 30 per cent compared to the MSCI USA.

This means that companies with significant business activities in weapons, thermal coal, tobacco, nuclear energy, and oil sands are excluded from the index. The same applies to companies that violate the United Nations Global Compact.

Currency risks to the euro are minimised.
