Voting is now underway for the ETF Express US Awards 2021, which will be presented and celebrated at an exclusive virtual ceremony and industry networking event to be held on Thursday 23 September.

The annual ETF Express US Awards – hosted by ETF Express, with issuer data being provided in partnership with Bloomberg – recognise and honour excellence among ETF issuers and service providers in the US across a wide range of categories.

The issuer categories cover a variety of asset classes and product types – including US and International Equity, US and International Fixed Income, Commodity, Multi-Asset, Smart Beta, Thematic, Active, ESG, and Leveraged & Inverse – while the service provider categories span all the key areas of the large and diverse ETF ecosystem.

The awards follow a clear and transparent methodology and process. For the ETF issuer categories, the shortlists are based on data provided by Bloomberg – with the candidates being selected on the basis of percentage change in assets under management over a 12-month period from 1 June 2020 to 31 May 2021.

More than 50 different ETF providers have been nominated across the 30 issuer award categories this year, reflecting the continued growth and diversity of the ETF industry at a time of fast-accelerating global investor interest in ETFs.

For the service provider categories, the nominated firms are based on a widespread pre-poll survey of more than 100 issuers and other key industry participants.

Voting for all the eventual winners is being conducted over several weeks via an online poll of the extensive ETF Express readership, with participants being invited to make their selections among the shortlisted firms in each category.

All winners are invited to attend an exclusive virtual ceremony and networking event on Thursday 23 September 2021. The results of the awards will also be covered – along with winners’ profiles – in an ETF Express US Awards Special Report that will be distributed globally.

Voted for by participants in the ETF industry itself, the awards are a mark of recognition by peers and counterparties – highlighting the achievements and success of leaders and innovators in a year of significant growth and expansion.
