Adapa Advisory announces wealth management and consulting partnership with IAWMC

Adapa Advisory has formed a partnership with IAWMC (Investment & Wealth Management Consultants Ltd), designed, the firm says, to further develop its presence in the wealth management segment globally.

The target markets covered by the partnership include Wealth Managers, Private Banks, Insurance Companies, Custodian Banks, Technology Companies, Fintech firms and other financial services organisations specifically focused on wealth management and associated activities.

Mark Kerns, Chief Executive at Adapa Advisory says: “The dynamics of the wealth management segment have changed dramatically over recent years and this is set to continue. The demands of institutional firms and their underlying clients are leading to reviews of strategy, operating models and supporting technology given drivers such as ESG, digital assets, the need for timely and flexible access to data and, overall, the extent of competition across the various components of the value chain.

“Having worked with IAWMC on recent assignments our combination of post-trade, securities services and wealth management expertise offers an alternative advisory and consulting solution to assist clients with the development of pragmatic, focused and highly action orientated approaches to operating strategy. We greatly welcome the opportunity to work with IAWMC and Steve Dyson specifically as an Associate Partner within our business.

Steve Dyson, Director and Founder of IAWMC says, “I have known Mark and the team at Adapa for many years. This partnership is designed to give both parties additional expertise and capacity to take on and execute broader strategic and complex mandates across the wealth management value chain where we have specific and detailed subject matter expertise and geographical knowledge including markets such as the UK, Switzerland and South Africa.

Adapa Advisory provides strategic insights and pragmatic advice to help financial institutions enhance their business performance in the post trade and securities services arena.

IAWMC is a specialist consulting firm providing services to wealth managers, private banks, family offices, asset managers, software vendors and service providers such as third-party administration companies.
