Global active ETF assets reached a record USD453 billion at the end of March 2022

Assets invested in Active ETFs listed globally reached a record USD453 billion at the end of March, according to ETF data firm ETFGI. 

Actively managed ETFs gathered net inflows of USD10.12 billion during March. Assets invested in actively managed ETFs/ETPs increased by 2.6 per cent, from USD442 billion at the end of February 2022 to USD453 billion.

The first quarter net inflows are the second highest on record, behind only Q1 2021 and some USD116.22 billion in net inflows were gathered in the past 12 months, with March as the 24th month of consecutive net inflows.
