ETFs in the United States gathered net inflows of USD90.66 billion during October, bringing year-to-date net inflows to USD502.72 billion, according to ETFGI.
The firm writes that during the month, assets invested in US ETF/ETP industry increased by 7.2 per cent, from USD5.91 trillion at the end of September to USD6.33 trillion in October 2022.
YTD net inflows of USD502.72 billion in 2022 are the second highest on record, after YTD net inflows of USD732.73 billion in 2021, after the sixth month of consecutive net inflows.
There are assets of USD6.33 trillion invested in ETFs industry in the United States at the end of October. Assets decreased 12.2 per cent YTD in 2022, going from USD7.21 trillion at end of 2021 to USD6.33 trillion.
