YTD Canada ETF inflows are third highest on record

ETFGI reports that the ETF industry in Canada gathered net inflows of USD2.07 billion during October, bringing year-to-date net inflows to USD21.65 billion.

During the month, Canadian ETF assets increased by 6.0 per cent, from USD226 billion at the end of September to USD239 billion.

YTD net inflows of USD21.65 billion during 2022 are the third highest on record, after YTD net inflows of USD38.01 billion in 2021 and YTD net inflows of USD25.95 billion in 2020. October was the fourth month of net inflows, and there were assets of USD239 billion invested in ETFs listed in Canada at the end of October 2022.
