US ETF launches from 24th August to 31st August, 2023

Seven new ETF offerings were launched for the week, each with a distinct value proposition for investors.  Detailed below are the respective launches from each asset manager.

First Trust Advisors launched the First Trust S&P 500 Diversified Free Cash Flow ETF (Ticker: FCFY). The ETF will replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Sector-Neutral Free Cash Flow Index. FCFY targets companies in the S&P 500 with the highest relative Free Cash Flow yield within each Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) sector.

YieldMax has launched two new active ETFs, the YieldMax MSFT Option Income Strategy ETF (Ticker: MSFO) and YieldMax DIS Option Income Strategy ETF (Ticker: DISO). The former will sells/writes call options on Microsoft Corp, while the latter will sells/writes call options on The Walt Disney Co.

Krane Funds Advisors launched the KraneShares Dynamic Emerging Markets Strategy ETF (Ticker: KEM). This actively managed ETF will provide exposure to broad emerging market equities, while dynamically adjusting its weight to China based on real-time signals.

AXS Investments launched the AXS Real Estate Income ETF (Ticker: RINC). This ETF will invest in publicly traded mortgage REITs (mREITs) that own commercial and residential mortgages and mortgage-backed securities. 

Madison Investments launched the Madison Aggregate Bond ETF (Ticker: MAGG). This actively managed ETF seeks to generate superior long-term risk-adjusted performance by allocating across a diverse set of fixed income sectors and securities. The fund actively manages portfolio duration, yield curve positioning, sector/industry allocation, and credit quality.

Segall Bryant & Hamill Asset Management launched the Segall Bryant & Hamill Select Equity ETF (Ticker: USSE). This actively managed ETF invests in companies that have superior growth potential that are trading at a discount to their intrinsic value. The fund will invest in stocks seen as having strong management teams, broad resources, and a competitive market position. It also seeks companies that have historically generated, or are positioned to generate, strong return on invested capital.
