Service Provider Methodology

The Service Provider categories undergo a two step nomination and voting process for the awards.

Initially, a survey of industry participants is used to identify nominations for each category. In this process participants are welcome to nominate their own company.

These nominations are then collated and reviewed by our editorial team, and a shortlist of Service Providers is provided for each category. These shortlists are then combined with the Issuer shortlists (see here for more details) to be voted on by the industry in a second survey.

In the second survey voting on the shortlisted Service Providers and Issuers, votes are limited to 10 internal votes per company.

As the Service Provider categories have a two step process, individuals need to both nominate and vote in the two surveys to ensure their chosen Service Provider has the chance of winning.
